We will send you an email confirmation once you have placed your order. Please keep this email as proof of purchase.

  1. Shipment Processing Time

Processing time refers to the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipping. Once your payment is authorised and verified, and our stylist has styled your parcel, most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. If there are any delays, we will contact you.

  1. Shipment Locations

We currently ship domestic only, anywhere in Australia.

  1. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

We endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, as weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. We make every effort to fulfil your order unless there are exceptional circumstances.

(a) Standard Shipping

Your order will arrive within 2-7 business days from leaving our fulfilment centre. Standard shipping is free.

(b) Please note:

(i) Business day means Monday to Friday, except for public holidays.

(ii) Delivery times may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

(iii) Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

(iv) When placing your order, we consider the transit time – the amount of time it takes your order to leave our fulfilment centre and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

(v) We will not be responsible for any wrong shipping addresses provided by you.

We aim to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, we will send you a link to track your package.
