Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from Threadicated. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy that allows you to return your item/s within 5 days of receiving your order for a refund, size-exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a refund, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it/them, unworn and unused, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. Any product that has been damaged or used will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

To initiate a return, please log in to your account and select the item/s to be returned and the reason for the return. A return label is provided with your order, so you can easily ship the item/s back to us. We recommend requesting a tracking receipt from Australia Post to ensure that the item/s is delivered to us safely.

If the item you received was defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We offer complimentary size exchanges on all items we have available. If you need a size exchange, please log in to your account and mark the item as a size exchange when sharing your feedback. Once we receive your returned item/s, we will send out your replacement if we have it available. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or refund the styling fee or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund, exchange or store credit. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or send out your replacement within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be processed on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to clear the funds back into your account.

If you choose a store credit, it will be issued to you via email and can be used on any future purchase at Threadicated.
